Data processed
- Identification and contact data: name, surname, company name, VAT number or tax code where required, email, phone.
- Data required to manage requests, quotes, orders and shipments: address, requested products, quantities and related commercial or administrative information.
- Technical data: application and security logs, session data, language preference and cart content.
- Analytics data: aggregated browsing statistics through Google Analytics 4, activated only after consent.

Recipients
Data may be processed by authorised Sargom staff and by providers supporting the website, hosting, technical assistance, email, accounting, logistics and administrative compliance. Where required, these parties act as processors under Article 28 GDPR. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after consent. The service is provided by Google; for details on processing and any extra-EU transfer safeguards, please see Google's privacy policy.
Data subject rights
You may exercise the rights provided by Articles 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent where applicable. Requests may be sent to ufficio@sargom.it.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
